• Important Exclusion: We do not provide refunds if the prop firm itself scams or engages in fraudulent behavior outside our control. This is beyond our prop firm passing service responsibility.
• Processing Time: All approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days directly to your original payment method.
• Eligibility: Refunds apply only to accounts where failure was caused by trading rule breaches (daily drawdown, max drawdown, consistency rules, etc.) during our management period.
